If i could give a 0 I would, writing this review because I wish someone told me not to go here before I did. Had my car for 6 months and I still have the same check engine code on from the beginning. Had to bring my car back multiple times in 6 months, so I was without my car for 6 whole months, waiting for them to "FIX" it, and its still not fixed and they dont know how to fix it. Not to mention my car was there so long it sat through a hail storm and has all kinds of dents and damage it didnt have before, so ill have to do... read more
I just called to ask if they performed a filter change. The guy who answered the phone explained how we could do it ourselves. How awesome is it that a business would empower customers to save money! Let's me know that if I have an issue, this would be an honest business to take my vehicles to.
Took an older car in for my grandson’s mom. They needed to get back to Lubbock. It was triple digits outside and her AC had quit. I agreed to pay the diagnostic but the estimate was for a compressor replacement and too expensive for her. They did a nice wash job. We sent her home on my wife’s car. This past weekend I hauled her car to Lubbock on a trailer. This morning another shop in Lubbock fixed the AC. It only needed Freon. Update... So apparently the Tech did not replace the intake gasket back causing a leak... I appreciate the response however wether you talked to me directly or not the issue. The truck ran, but then did not after your shop started working on it. My mother took her truck in for a fuel injector replacement. The truck was running and driving fine just a slight miss, the code was saying injectors. When my mom went to pick up the truck it would not run more than a 1/2 mile down road.
