Malfunction Junction has always done right by us! Most recently, they honored their lifetime warranty on a screen they replaced. It wasn’t their fault the screen didn’t work. It was a defective screen due to it being such new replacement parts for a new phone. In an age where I feel like you have to fight for everything a business promises you, this was so refreshing! Phone works great! Malfunction Junction will always get my business!

Justin & Jason took care of me for a fair price! Diagnosed the issue and fixed in it no time. They called me back to pick up my PS5 roughly 20 minutes after dropping it off. Wow!!! Gave me an honest opinion on a broken iPad also. Thank you fellas.
