After taking my dog to an emergency vet where they’re gonna charge me ridiculous amounts of money I called malaney vet and these guys were absolutely fantastic not saying it’s about the money but for what they did for her which was exactly the same and showed more care recommend
While we were on a short break in Maleny our little moodle Roxy became ill with a gastro intestinal problem. We were able to get an appointment quickly and Dr Amy was very caring and compassionate while examining her and running various tests. She explained everything she was doing beforehand and ensured we understood why it was being done. She offered options and costs where appropriate. Best vets
Be very aware the culture of these vets has gone downhill considerably. The way they act is so deceptive and misleading at no stage. Did they ever inform me about extra hidden prices and charges for a 20 minutes of the time with the dog was quoted around $90 for a consult fee which goes to nothing. Only to be charged over $300 plus ?? Then the vet India Anderson sneaks your dog out the back does a few extra tests where she has not informed you about the hidden charges and then when you write a complaint to Jordan the admin m... read more
