I want to share the most amazing experience we had recently at Maleny Hospital - In the most extenuating circumstance we needed to use the services of the hospital at Maleny whilst on holiday - The Dr and nurse met us at the Ambulance!!! Yes at the arrival of the ambulance !! This is not what we have ever been used too. I want to thank the most amazing Dr & the nurses for putting up with me and looking after my wonderful husband. Took my son to the hospital as he’s been unwell for a few days now with a fever after just got over whooping cough. The RN there checked his blood pressure, ears and tummy and then told me that the lady doctor S might come in to see him but she didn’t and the RN just came back and gave him a tablet and send us home. I find it a bit rude that the doctor didn’t even come in and checked on us. I just saw the doctor on our way out sitting on the computer.
