The staff are Rude. I told him my address readily, but he seemed not to believe that, but it's there on my licence. He seemed overly Suspicious and Recalcitrant. I'm a Community member, have been for a few years now. He wanted to know my Community connections, so i told him. He responded poorly. This staff member must live out of town. Between houses at the moment, 25 year local, was also told permanent address was required. This company is a joke, don't they like money? Know of at least four other people, who have sheds at maleny self storage, who do not have a permanent address.

Wanted storage while I traveled overseas. Was told I needed permanent address to rent a space. Tried to get packing materials. Not open at advertised hours!! Very slack company. 0 star

Maleny Self Storage was so easy to deal with. Never had an issue with access to our storage container. If we ever need a storage unit again in this area, we will be going with Maleny Self Storage!
