Absolutely love this place!!!! So different from any other gym or class I have ever been to. Has a great vibe and is so much fun! Candy has the best personality for keeping you motivated and upbeat during classes. Deadset the best!!
Totally love participating in classes at the Maleny Rumble Room. Perfect mix of boxing (aqua bags) and cardio for a complete workout. My level of fitness and health has improved dramatically - so grateful we have this facility in Maleny.
I have never done boxing before but I have to say - I am a fan of these AquaBags. Such a fun workout that brings on the sweats and endorphins! Love the studio as well! Such a cool vibe. I had Candy that morning as instructor/motivator. She really does motivate you to give it your all. I was smashed but very very happy after only one session. I’d wish I’d lived around the corner!
