Not good service tried buying parts for honda mower he won't sell you the parts but tells you they need to do repairs themselves just to make extra money went to Sunshine coast mowers brought parts over counter and fitted parts myself repairs done in 1 day nor very ethical for a supposedl honda dealer

Called in to get a small spring for a Honda motor, reception was NOT very inviting, sorry it was only a cheap part… they didn’t have one without even looking at the motor… Thanks guys… pulled us up for the day, sorry we parked in the wrong spot… bought 3 of EBay for $20 Will not be back
Adam sold us a ride on tractor a couple of weeks ago. Not normally a salesman, but spoke very genuinely and is very knowledgeable about their product. His service was 10/10, even coming out to our block for a demonstration before we purchased. You don't see that level of service these day. Highly recommend Maleny Mowers if your in the market.
