Maggie on the front desk went over and above to help me with an admin problem regarding Medicare claim. She does a fantastic job
Able to get an appointment quickly (when other clinics were full until next week) and I felt Dr Asma was very thorough and pleasant.
No respect for patient's time or adherence to appointment times. Still waiting 4.5 hours later for my 8:15am appointment call. Called in twice to be told "You're next, just keep waiting..."
