cake Maleks is one of the few bakerys in town that makes a wonderful chocolate cake. They take custom orders and you can call ahead as late as one day in advance and they will have an order for you to pick up the next day. They are located on a busy section of Brighton, and its very easy to find. They have enough parking and you dont have to park on the road. Its a very small bakery but they have just what all the bigger bakeries do.
Bought a carrot cake that was supposed to have 'cream cheese' frosting. Not even close to cream cheese! BAIT and SWITCHED Poor vanilla frosting, at best. And this cake was really BAD. Second time I tried Malek's. Thought I'd try again. No more!! Owner's son says, "Sorry. Can't help, etc."....Stick w/ Wegmans or *any* other place....V-e-r-y disappointing. And customer service = JOKE ;-0
