If this is a boutique realty company I'm from Missouri. When a potential client is driving into your territory it is only common sense to assume they are lost. Not these guys, according to Carol they are often "stood up". Just as well, the rental was advertised as 1/2 month rental fee but switched to 1 month when I called. The rental looked pretty bad from the outside...I think your rudeness comes from dealing primarily with Schmucks.
