I have never dealt with a lawyer more professional and expedient as Linda Malek. Her professionalism went above and beyond. She guided me through every step and got me out of this terrible situation. I had an ovi pending and Linda was able to get charges reduced. She is a real advocate for the veterans too. She recognizes alcoholism is a disease. She is very hard working. I completed a well needed one month inpatient program I did not have to do jail time and I got driving privileges for work. I was blessed to have Linda. If you get in a jam contact Linda she will work hard for you. Her secretary Karen and Linda’s staff are very hard working advocates.

I hired Linda Malek to help battle my case. As this was my first charge, I had no idea what the necessary steps were, or even what the process was ahead of me. Linda went way above and beyond to fight my case and was able to get my case reduced to a lesser charge after going to a suppression hearing, it was not a simple plea or negotiation. Linda is the BEST of th best! My husband was up against a Hit and Skip charge. Linda was able to have the charge dismissed. Linda is very professional and will go to bat for you as if you are family. She is always available to answer your questions and is honest and up front with you. She will not let you down. We are very pleased with her and her service. If you are looking at charges that will impact you and your family she is the one to call.
