Dr. Al-Omary has a great manner with patients. He is able to put them at ease immediately. “Dr. Al” always takes time review previous visits and their results. If he orders certain tests or changes RXs he explains the reasons for them. I would highly recommend “Dr. Al” to anyone.
Marleen (RN) was extremely helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Malek is always outstanding. My only concern is with the front desk—some of the staff come across as mean and rude, rarely smiling. I believe one of them may not be the best fit for that position.
Stuff they are not helpful each person keeps telling me they’ll refer me to someone else, and no one is actually helping me. The service is terrible, and their attitude is quite rude. The manager working there has an attitude. She's not listening. I had difficulties getting anything I asked for to help my mom.
