We have Maleco Pool cover for a while, and in long rut it soo good, we love it. Easy to operate, and makes our spa more enjoyable. When we had a small issue recently the after sales warranty service was fast and effective. Really recommend them for spa covers!
This is an amazing product. I wasn’t able to use our swim/spa on my own because I couldn’t get the cover off and on. So easy to use and the added sun protection is a bonus. Cannot fault this company, installation was very professional, very happy. Thank you
terrible quality and shocking service - do not recommend We engaged this business to supply and install a Class 10b structure but later discovered they are not licensed with the QBCC , which raises concerns about product compliance, warranty, safety and accountability. During the installation, significant operational parts of our spa were removed without our consent, and the installer after removing such parts left the cover not operational hence access to and use of our own SPA was restricted for weeks.
