After verifying that my health insurance would be accepted and telling my wife that we would have zero out of pocket expense. Billed us $585 admitedly telling us that they “made a mistake” when they originally checked our insurance. They debited the $585 from my checking account. ABSOLUTE CROOKS who aren’t willing to pay for their own mistakes. Would give zero stars if I could. Have been waiting for Tiffany’s supervisor (Dr Amana) to call me for 3 days. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I have seen three practitioners there for various services and issues. They were all fantastic. It is an amazing place. They not only care deeply about helping you but they are creative, thoughtful and patient. They use humor and helped me to walk into my life and be present in ways I did not even imagine were possible.
