If you’re looking for good customer service and communication, Male Fashions is not for you. My experience & my groomsmen’s experience was lacking both from the start. As the only local place in Warsaw for wedding apparel & rentals, it would probably be worth the hassle to take your business out of town.
Owner is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service.
Just went in with my husband an the owner was busy and told us o look at the suits we were considering. When it finally was our time we knew exactly what we wanted and size etc. Another man walked in and the owner totally ignored us and completely put all his attention on the other customer telling him all of the features of the store etc and never asked him to wait as we had to so we chose to leave. Tim is very professional and helpful. The inventory displays are very appealing to the eye, and color coordinated, which is so helpful for those of us who are fashionably challenged.
