Maldoror's makes custom frames and also creates wood handicrafts such as boxes, furniture, turntables & instruments, that resemble antique heirlooms and artifacts. A gallery of their rarest prints are put on display that are reminiscent of the Victorian Era, some of which are on sale. Lithographs, engravings and photogravures dating back to the 16th Century are seen put up on the walls. The frame shop was voted as the Best Frame Shop in Savannah in 2014.

Very pleased. I concur with all the other reviewers. We were glad to find this place after driving around the block a few times. I had quite a few things I wanted to frame after a tour in Afghanistan, but didn't know how much it would cost and thought the nature of the job would be difficult as the items were large and very bulky. Unbelievably Great Prices and help! I spent about 9 hours one brutally hot summer day going around Savannah checking the prices for a picture I wanted to frame as a gift to my mother who was visiting this past weekend. Great Frame Shop In Starland Savannah I tried this frame shop out because of the review I read on here and I believe the positive review was spot on. I am very impressed with the quality of framing for the price. I had an idea of a frame I wanted to have customized for a show and they built it for me. i've used well over a hundred frame shops and Maldoror's tops them all they are far and away the cheapest place in town...especially if you just need simple black frames...they always have great price on those.
