Maldonado Mechanical Air did a great job of repairing my HVAC system. The blower motor had failed after 13 years. They obtained the correct replacement motor and installed it quickly & correctly. In addition they examined the entire system and made sure it was working properly with the new motor. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing heating and air conditioning repair or replacement.
As a property manager, it’s rare to find a vendor who services your property like it’s their own. But I can without a doubt say that we have had Maldonado Mechanical out for over 10 jobs this past year at multiple different properties and I have never felt more confident that they are looking out for our owners best interest, over their profit. An exceptionally professional crew and they did an outstanding job. They installed a completely new system for me (heating and AC) and it is perfect. They were courteous and took a lot of time making sure everything was working properly. Dante assisted me in setting up the thermostat and getting the app on my phone. Great customer service. I will never use anyone else.
