It's been nothing short of a pleasure to work with Jessy Maldonado and his amazing construction team. They transformed our 65-year-old kitchen into a beautiful, usable space with amenities we never were thought possible, in addition to making major repairs that were sorely needed. Just completed a project with Jessy and his crew. Jessy is great at communicating with clients, calls/texts promptly returned. His crew is timely, clean and hardworking. Jessy & his crew are in constant contact making sure to deal with any construction "surprises" that can occur and deal with them quickly.

TL;DR, we highly recommend Maldonado Jessy Construction! Here's why: Jessy and his team helped us remodel our kitchen in earlier this year. We were super impressed with his proactive communication throughout the entire project. We just finished a four-month remodeling project with Maldonado Construction – a new kitchen and 2 and ½ bathrooms. Jessy was recommended to us by Novato Kitchen and Baths who did the designs and worked closely with him. The remodeling project involved electrical, plumbing, installation of tile, stone countertops, cabinetry, and plumbing fixtures. Wow. Did two complete bathroom remodels, down to the studs. Quality of the work was excellent. And what was particularly great was his communication. Any questions were answered almost immediately by text. We have done remodel work before and getting responses from contractors can be a challenge. Not with Jessy! Highly highly recommend him. Also he is on site regularly, almost daily. And his team is here when he says they will be.
