Rita came into my child custody case pretty late in the game after I had spent a lot of time and money with another attorney. She cleaned up my case and agreement and kept me informed. I feel she got the best possible outcome for my child. She’s very family focused and has a stellar court presence.
Rita does not care about you unless you’re a paying customer. My entire divorce process was the most horrible experience. Only giving one star because its making me, I would give zero if it was an option. This woman didn’t just fail at her job as a Guardian Ad Litem. She actively, deliberately, and with chilling malice destroyed a father’s decade-long fight for his children. When Rita interviewed me, the wife and mother of my husband’s youngest child, she showed zero interest in who he actually is as a father.
