If you’re in a child custody battle and Rita gets suggested to be your guardian ad litem (GAL) RUN!! Do not let her be your GAL. Worst GAL I’ve ever come across! She’s lazy and a liar. GAL’s are supposed to be for the best interest of the children but Rita wouldn’t know what’s best for a child if it hit her in the face. Her recommendations are child abuse and she should be held accountable. She needs to be removed from the GAL list ASAP. Rita has been my lawyer for quite some time now . She is always prompt to answer emails and give advice with my 1000 questions. On Friday I got to see her in action. My ex put a order of protection against me right before a trip to Hawaii. Rita was quick ans diligent to get a emergency re trial .
