Only giving one star because its making me, I would give zero if it was an option. This woman didn’t just fail at her job as a Guardian Ad Litem. She actively, deliberately, and with chilling malice destroyed a father’s decade-long fight for his children. When Rita interviewed me, the wife and mother of my husband’s youngest child, she showed zero interest in who he actually is as a father. An absolute waste of time and money! She did not fight for me, my children, or my property. She provided zero effective legal counsel. Rita gave away and did not defend the spousal support i was originally awarded. I did not see my daughter in over 5 years and she did nothing to help, she didn't even file a single motion regarding my children. In fact, rita told me to just give up fighting for my children!
