We have used Maldonado Roofing twice and have had THE BEST experience both times!! Fast, efficient, and my favorite part they land no mess .I highly recommend!
Maldonado's put a rubber membrane roof on our business and while we've had a couple of issues, Daniel has been very responsive to take care of these issues. Every business has issues every now and then, I believe it's how you handle problems that speaks volumes of the owner. Thanks Daniel
When they took the shingles off they discovered my deck needed replacing. With permission they replaced the deck. The workers stayed until they had the tarp down and only needed to add the shingles. It was a very long day for them but they knew we were about to get hit with heavy rain. I appreciate Maldanado’s workers for working such a long day to keep my house safe from leaking. We hired Maldonado to repair some roofing and gutter work in back of our home. We were pleased with the job. One of the workers thought there may be an issue in front with the roofing but after 2 attempts to fix the problem Daniel wanted to put new gutters and downspouts on the front of house at NO CHARGE. We didn’t feel he needed to go that far to please us. He insisted that he do this for us. They came out 6/16 and put up the new gutters. We are still in shock and very pleased.
