I can definitely confirm, that all the staff, from Nursing, Medical, Reception, Caterering, PCAs and Domestics and Volunteers. Are nothing less than amazing, caring, patient, attentive, thoughtful, comforting, reassuring and positive people with beautiful soul's. I can not thank them all enough, for wonderful care and attention they had given Mum during her time there. This level of care inclusion simmered over to myself all the time, and escalated to above and beyond during the last few days of my Mums deterioration. You ar... read more
