We're so grateful to have this vet nearby, we've been taking our cats to this place for over a decade. Dr.Jim and his team are exceptional, the facility is always super clean and you can tell all the staff really care about providing exceptional service. I've never felt rushed with the appointments, Dr.Jim always takes the time to listen and explain his thought process behind his diagnosis. I cant recommend this place enough...I hope Dr.Jim never retires (!)
The absolute best vet in North America. We moved to Michigan but still bring our boys to Malden Road Vet because they are so much better than any other vet in the world it’s not even close. Dr. Jim and his team are truly the best people and vets that there could be. They are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and actually deliver results unlike almost every vet who just charges an arm and leg and gets nothing done. I feel sorry for every pet who goes anywhere else because Jim and Malden Rd vet are in a class of their own so ... read more
