We have taken our cats here for over 25 years. We had a rescue cat who is very scared and anxious so when we got a call to bring him in for his annual check we thanked them but declined based on how frightened he gets going outside. If we were going to be cancelled as clients, they should have told us this. Instead when we called to have an injury attended, we were told to go someplace else. Thanks for our loyalty and many years of service! Yeah right. Good riddance.
I was recently given the name of this clinic because of Dr. Jim and the wonderful care he provides. So I began by reading reviews. The many 5 star reviews are encouraging. But the many one star reviews from long time patients (10 years or more) who have been turned away because of a 1 year rule is heart breaking.
