The lady at the front desk acted as if she didn’t enjoy her job. She was unfriendly and acted like she didn’t want me in their office. I now know I was a walk in and didn’t know this place wasn’t an official urgent care. The doctor I saw and the nurse were super nice. Got me in and out and the prescription I needed. Not sure if I’ll be back here. It will depend on the situation I guess.
Jane Annie a dr here told my daughter n law that her baby was “ gonna be retarted without the hep vaccine “. I am extremely upset about her unprofessional actions.
I moved from Alabama so I don’t have insurance yet but I got in the middle of a dog fight and my hand was hurt pretty bad they not only were so sweet (I was treated better here with no insurance than in Alabama with insurance) but they got us out quick. I didn’t feel rushed or unheard! Absolutely great staff and team! Thank you!
The ladies at this facility are the best! They move swiftly but with care! I couldn't be happier with their professionalism!
