We have been disappointed with this lawn service. They use large equipment and leave bald spots in the turf where their equipment makes sharp turns. Their equipment is also tearing out the landscape edging along the gardens. They have been reliable in maintaining their schedule when there is no rain. I would consider this an average company for workmanship and attention to detail. Invoicing is sporatic. Bills do not come on a regular basis.

Avoid at all cost! Why 1 Stars?because you can’t leave 0. Well this lawn service likes to cut grass when it is not needed or requested. Here is why I say that. I asked for my grass to be cut every other week. They insisted that they would do 1 time a week in spring and fall and twice a month in summer. I said that is fine. For two summers they cut the lawn every week and charged accordingly. So after two summers I said I would do it myself I asked for a quote anyway and it increased again. Never got the chance to use their services, but the customer service leading up to it, sucked! Had an appointment with "Chris" back on May 21st but he cancelled. Never called back to reschedule. Two days later I contacted him about rescheduling. He agreed to the following Thursday. I suggested 11:00 but he never confirmed. Six days later (Thursday) I reach out at 11:55 to see if he's coming. No reply. 1:30, still no Chris so I let him no not to bother because I don't want their business. I hope Chris's reliability does... read more

We absolutely appreciate the service performed on our property. Your workers are so nice, not to mention very efficient. In fact I spoke with both of them this week, asking if when they edge the flower beds if they could cut up and down vs on an angle. They were more than happy to change their pattern. We would recommend your company anytime.

This past year Chris Malczewski & his lawn team took great care of my lawn...mowing, edging, weed whacking, & bagging yard clippings! They were quick to respond anytime I needed to communicate. In the early summer, they did a beautiful job placing a poured, stamped concrete edge, around all of my rock landscape beds, along with removing & replacing some of my shrubs! Thank you for a good year!
