aciddently bought wrong size air conditioner and I cant get my money back??? Totally wrong!!!! Bad business and management. will never say a good word!!!!! Dont want instore credit want my money back that I deserve!!! box not even open!!!!
None of the staples are organized and the employees are just as courteous as they are helpful which is not at all
Worse customer experience ever! I come in to return a snow blower. I was rewarded with sarcasm and refusal to return it. You don't want to take your POS snow blower back? Fine. You don't have to be a sarcastic dick to your customers. That just cost you our business.
I like to support local business so decided to shop at ACE instead of WallMart. Next time will think twice. The selection at Ace in Grinnell is excellent. The service however leaves much to be desired. I was in the store at least 15 min wandering about looking for what I needed before anyone offered help. When I told them what I came to look for they said, "Just let us know if we can help." I thought I just did!
