I always go to the location in Dallas to get a trim and highlights. I absolutely love Melanie! She is great and very personable. She will always gossip with you while getting your hair done and always give me what I ask for and I’ve never had any issues with anything. I love it here and will always come back!!

I personally did not get my hair done or any of the services offered, however my grandmother did and I took her to her appointment. The entire staff was very friendly and the salon clean and comfortable. My grandmother asked for water as it was very hot outside however they didn't have any. The receptionist went over to the store next to the salon and purchased bottled water and gave one to my Grandmother. She did not HAVE to do that. It shows great customer service that she did. This salon is terrible. Took my sons just for a trim and they left with a bowl cut.
