STAY FAR AWAY from this horrible dealership. They take your money then when there's an issue, good luck trying to get any resolution. I bought a brand new Seadoo JetSki from them that was over $20,000 in cash. In March of this year. 9 months ago. Have sent them over a dozen emails to find out where my title is. Don’t recommend taking anything there for repairs if you want it back In a reasonable amount of time. Dropped off my Vespa there April 15th and it’s almost been 5 months and still not repaired. Just been getting the run around that they are waiting on parts and have been getting the wrong parts. 5 months is a joke. spoke to someone when it was 3 months and they said yes it’s ridiculous that you are waiting this long. And yet here we are going onto 5 months.
I am very disappointed, feel like I was stabbed in the back by this dealership that should have your back, not stab it. The sales manager, operations manager, and the old mad Malcolm Smith himself. This is bad for Motocross and bad for all offroad. I am a collector and keep my bikes in mint condition indoors. I purchased a new KTM paid cash $6,000.(discounted price) I kept the bike indoors still had factory stickers never removed same as a new bike.
