This place is a scam company. Just report them to the attorney generals office.
These people called my business cell phone asking for information on my wife regarding a "personal matter". Advised the caller that if the have business with my wife to call her and never call my business line again or I would pursue legal action. I promptly disconnected the call.
Very unprofessional and rude. Spoke to a supervisor on the phone and she was so rude. They sound like scam, I ended up calling the hospital that I had an account in and chose to pay them directly instead of giving them any part of the transaction.
Absolutely ruthless call and wasting our time. They pretend as if they are genuine. But don't rely as they are not willing to disclose what's the purpose of their call. They just say "Personal Business call". Just dis-connect the call and block them.
