If I could go into the negatives I would. I’ve never been able to get ahold of them via phone. Always told they’re “short staffed” but whenever I arrive in person the front desk has at least two people, both of which will be on their phones. My daughter was seen here for the first few months after birth and the doctors were pleasant. Unfortunately she was seen four different times by this clinic for what they said was “just a common cold”. Took her to an urgent care and turns out she had pneumonia! If I could give them a zero star review I would.... they never pick up their phones...
Front desk woman is horrible but everyone else is amazing. I waited on hold for 4 hrs only for this woman to be on Facebook when I came in because I couldn’t get someone on the phone
Lady at front desk is rude. Dr barnes is awesome.
I originally wrote this review regarding the whole hospital but felt compelled to add it here after seeing all of the negative reviews. Unlike others, I've always had nothing but positive interactions with the front desk staff, doctors and nurses. Always had a great experience with the Pediatrics Department. The docs and nurses are always great to me and my daughter. They even called me the same day I sent them a message via Relay Messaging regarding some concerns I had about my infant.
