GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Malcom was extremely rude and will not let us talk when trying to ask about our concerns about our policy. I called to get help and all we got was someone screaming at us. And his secretary, we went in office to set up our autopay and she was no help. Our policy was canceled instead and was without insurance without notice. Very unprofessional and malcom said he had zero interest in helping us out. I definitely DO NOT want and insurance like that.
Malcolm had taken care of our insurance needs thru multiple properties and vehicles for many years.
