I was DX with stomach tumor, my relative referred me to him after he did her stage 4 cancer removal from her stomach and liver over 10 years ago (she did not require chemo after words). As someone who worked for a healthcare system, I question a doctor's ability all the time. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bilimoria, not only being a skilled surgeon but also his demeanor and also being a genuine nice person.
He was one of the only doctors that would operate on my stage four pancreatic cancer. He did a wonderful job. He is so highly recommended by so many people and now I know why. Good luck and you’re in good hands with Dr. Bilimoria.
Dr. Bilimoria saved my life! He is an expert in The Wipple Procedure. He is so kind and hisstaff is the best. First rate treatment for all the 5 years I've had him as my surgeon. We are so fortunate and grateful to have him here at NCH Hospital.
Dr Bilimoria is an Angel. He brought miracles in many people's lives and now in mine. I had a whipple procedure on Thu morning and i was eating the next day. The procedure was completed in less than 4 hours, and the the second day after the surgey i have been walking the entire 6th floor on my own - which I thought it would be impossible so soon after a major surgery. But not if Dr Bilimoria has something to do with it! Excellent results from a miracle doctor and his team! He saved me!!
The best surgeon around. Innovates new ways to do surgeries to ensure the safety and recovery of his patients. He took the Whipple surgery down from 8 hours to 3! Recovery down from 2 weeks in hospital down to less than a week. Normally in rehab months, I was in for a couple days! No gross nose tubes, innovated new ways around that to. We were not recommend to go to Bilimoria we found him ourselves after finding a tumor on my pancreas. While in rehab, I heard many other inoperable successes.
Absolutely the Best :) He saved my life - had stage 3-4 Liver cancer that spread to my stomach. Unbelievable bedside manner. Really cares. Staff is awesome too!
