Overnight parking allowed outside gate. Had 9am appt, put me in dock at 720. 30 min unloading for full trailer. Super friendly staff.

I've worked in customer service for many years now, and was quite unhappy with the call I just made to Malco Products Inc. I may have left a 1 star review once in life before. I wasn't rude with the person on the phone, rather polite actually. But the customer service rep wasn't concerned whatsoever. I purchased and used the Twinkle coffeemaker descaler & cleaner for the first time about a week ago. Very good place for deliveries. Outside yard overnight parking available. Have appointment at 9.00 am but they start unload at 7.15am. Pretty quick unloading.
