I haven’t gone to this dentist, so they may provide amazing service, but I called as a new patient. I provided all my information/insurance and made an appointment. At the very end of the call I remembered a review I had read about them being out of network for a lot of people. So, right before hanging up I asked if they were in-network for me. We took our three children in all at once for exams. The entire experience was great. There is plenty to do for children in the waiting area. All staff from the front desk to the dentist were so kind and helpful. The level of care was exceptional - you can tell the hygienists and dentists really care. I appreciate that they offered a conservative treatment plan for one of my young children. My children loved it there. They wish they could go to the dentist every day now.
The staff were excellent very friendly and will answer any questions that you have. My kids have been going to the office since they were very small kids and they always felt very safe.
Loveeeeee this dentist!! All of my children go here and the hygienists as well as Dr. Kelly are all amazing! We slipped up and got our apt times mixed up (mom brain) and they worked so hard to squeeze them in which I truly appreciate as a working mom who has to take off work for all apts. 10/10 recommend!!
10/10 recommend! Great experience all around. Spoke with Amber multiple times in regard to appointment, information, etc and she was absolutely phenomenal & made everything so easy! Appointments with both of my boys were easy & cannot recommend this entire practice enough!! Happy mamma :)
