I purchased 2 pair of Oakley sunglasses and the lab ruined the fit. I informed the office that they didn’t hug my face and bobbled when I ran. They had a special for buy 1 get a 2nd pair for 50% off. I had no idea that flak 2.0s had to go to Oakley’s lab in order to keep the integrity of the frame. The curve is what makes the glasses remain in place. Center make's appointments for their patients without the patients consent. Received text and email notifications that an appointment was scheduled, that I did not make. Had to call and cancel and had to confirm that I was not to be charged for the cancelled appointments. Finally received a call back form the office manager who stated he does not have ability to correct the problem, and will have to reach out to the third party who can.
