In two months I have not received my damage deposit back from the owner. All owners regardless of function need to return rental deposits within 15 days. The owner uses Royal Lepage to manage the property but they have no control over the damage deposits. Seems pretty shady and I would recommend avoidance as there are a few other storage options in PR.
Rent went up, service did not, space did not, covid didn't effect, why the increase ?
