Salon is cozy and hair stylists are nice, but my regular haircut (with no special coloring, styling, or anything, my hair is very low maintenance) took almost 2 full hours. I’ve never had a haircut take longer than an hour, so this was ridiculous. At the end of it when I finally walked out, it was still incredibly uneven although I had pointed it out earlier and it had been addressed before I left. I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Was really disappointed with the service here

Malanie and her team are the best in the DMV. I’ve been getting balayage from Malanie for 5 years and while giving me impeccable color, she’s repaired long term damage from other salons. My haircuts are always flattering, even, and reviving. It’s clear that she’s handpicked a super sweet and professional team by her side as well. Cannot recommend this salon enough!

I couldn't find an email to send this information directly to the salon. First, everyone was nice, and it was a good experience. Second, my old hairstylist had moved out of the area, so I asked her what to ask her. She told me to put in writing (so there was no confusion) when I made my appointment that I've done partial highlights with hi-lift color, I have fine hair, and it lifts easily.
