We’ve been with Malama Pono Autism Center for a little over two years, and they have made such a positive impact on our lives. Both of my kids have received multiple services here, and the progress they’ve made has been incredible. My youngest attended the Kalo Preschool Program and was surrounded by so much love and support. When he graduated, I knew he was truly ready for kindergarten. Don't send your kids here...This complany only cares about money. My child's things would go missing constantly, his feet were extremely dirty EVERY DAY when we picked him up and they constantly talked about charging me for cancelling session (like I can control when my child is sick).
Thank you to the entire Staff!! from the front desk, to the parking lot team and all the RBT BCBA and support staff. Single Army dad of 2, my daughter non verbal age4 and this was our first experience with in center therapy. The parent and family coaching, classroom setting, attention to detail and documentation of progress and areas to work on helped us communicate better with my daughter and helped her communicate with others. I really wanted to love this place but after a few months I noticed disorganization in all areas. My child got injured several times there and we were told various stories before the truth of each incident. In other words, constantly lied too. Im giving a star for my kids RBTS (we still love you two girls) my child’s main RBTs whom my child loved. They were wonderful girls, thank you.
