The facility is very nice. Don't waste your time calling as no one returns a call and their voicemail system simply keeps you in the endless loop. The reception staff is very condescending.
I gave it a three because all of my negative experience of them is their rude receptionists. Because their facility support low income and homeless patients, they treat us as if we are all like that. I love the doctors there because they are so nice and friendly, but they really need to train their receptionists how to be more friendly.
