Bought a car from this dealer back in June 2023 (Black Hyundai i20) that had been the dealership's courtesy car for 16-18 months. The seller sold it as the best car and repeatedly said how sad he was to see that car go. I drove 70 miles and it broke down on the M5 from Bristol to Exeter. Had to recover the car myself (which was later refunded) because the "included" AA service for one year hadn't been registered at the time of selling it. I had a really lovely experience buying from Malago Motors. Rob was honest and kind throughout and made the experience so easy. I have had really bad experiences with buying cars previously and Rob was really understanding and reassured me of the protection and service I would receive through him. Purchased a DS3 from rob which was my first car and I was happy with it. A few weeks later I had nothing but issues with the car from the gears sticking, the exhaust smoking and now a major DPF issue and leaky turbo. Rob has been made aware of all these issues and had no problem letting me run around sorting the gears & exhaust myself through my own garage while being under warranty! Purchased a Volvo from Rob and was very happy with the car. Unfortunately it broke down a few weeks after we got it. We live in Cornwall 150 miles from Bristol. Rob was true to his word and had the car picked up and repaired, twice !!!! I was so impressed with Rob and the service he provided under his comprehensive guarantee.
