I was hired and sent into LG Energy without orientation, safety training, or even basic guidance like where the bathrooms were. I was left alone with equipment for hours and when I raised concerns, Malace HR did not take accountability. Instead, they tried to reframe the issue as if it was about a language barrier with a coworker, which was not the case. My concern was about respect, safety, and dignity in the workplace. I worked at Malace as a recruiter years ago and saw how toxic the environment was first hand. If you weren’t a favorite you were doomed from the start. My friends and I were iced out once we started to notice and speak about the toxic behaviors and patterns of nepotism and favoritism. One employee is the director of HRs son, and apparently rules and policies don’t apply to him. Someone called me about a job stated they have 1st and 2nd shift being that I already have a job I said second shift we proceeded day later the position was not available Straight BS Play with your kids not peoples lives

So a employee named Brandon contacted me about a job sure I'm interested industrial painter something I've been doing for 21 years filled out the whole paperwork and everything and then he just disappeared stop responding to my messages and everything it's been 3 weeks and haven't heard nothing from anybody
