OMG. I have struggled with a trapped nerve situation for the last 4 months, I’ve tried acupuncture and massages then I had CT scan them week off work, nothings helping, doctors prescribed painkillers. Then I heard of Rachel at Sydney Recovery at Malabar. Today I had my first treatment with her and she was fantastic and understood my pain. 1 hour later with her working on me I felt so much relief. She is the best.
Rachael is the best. First visit to do an Ice Bath and she couldn't have been nicer. Explained everything thoroughly and provided great insights into the advantages of different techniques. Will be a regular from now on. A++++
