Joselyn in the front office was a great help! She helped me every step of the way and made me feel good and comfortable. She was able to help me with my documents in a timely manner. I definitely enjoyed my experience and glad I made the right choice of choosing Malabar Cove!
This complex is hands down disrespectful , unprofessional, racist, and more. I lived here with no problem for 3 years. I started getting harassed by my neighbor and they did nothing to help. I had multiple police reports, incident reports and more! The front desk lady Jocelyn said Stacie is ignoring it because they are playing the race card. Breanna and Taylr have been so helpful with my application process.Office staff is very responsive and will answer all your questions .I never feel rushed off the phone or in person.The complex itself is very clean and well kept .There is always maintenance crew out and actively working as well.Thanks ladies for all of your help so far . - Kearra
Malabar Cove has one of the best landscapes for the entrance and a generous amount of lawn for a rental community . Its great for my son , they get to play soccer outside. Ive been here for 3 years. No place is perfect, but they work on improvements. I was asked to put a review in after complimenting something and didn't mind doing so.
Make sure you read everything! I didn’t because I’m an idiot and was so excited to move in after homelessness and got roped into an internet package that I can’t use. They refuse to make an addendum to remove the package.
