Breanna was great and so helpful
I applied in February and still haven’t received a decision. I was asked to provide an excessive amount of documentation compared to typical apartment applications, yet there has been no update. Communication is very poor—calls go unanswered and it’s difficult to reach anyone in the office. At this point, I would like a clear answer or a refund of my application fee. Can never get a hold of anyone , the application are processed off site and it’s so ridiculous…. Don’t do it. So many better properties
The application process is ridiculous, been over a month and still nothing ….. just give me my money back
Staff was very helpful with helping with the application process and the move in as well made it really easy for me to make my transition. The apartment is very nice and has everything I am needing with plenty of space, very pleased I made the decision to live here.
