I am very happy living here. There have been a few occasions when I have had to submit maintenance requests through an app, which is so quick and easy, and my maintenance requests have been addressed promptly and efficiently. The maintenance guys are so friendly and knowledgeable, especially Robert who is always buzzing around in the cart with his tools always on the job with a smile and helpful tips. I moved in one month ago and so far I really LIKE it. I did read all the negative comments prior to moving in and I was a little skeptical. However, JOSELYN the Leasing Professional put all those negatives comment to rest. She is quick to answer my emails and has no issues going above and beyond to get me answers. Would give higher rating but because I have gone to the office so many times about my neighbor banging on the ceiling when I told her from the beginning my son is on the spectrum with a developmental delay. Told the office so many times to talk to her they do nothing she still wants to bang on the ceiling and slam her door it shakes my whole apartment scaring my child.
