The guys were friendly, professional & most of all able to help me out at short notice for a potentially holiday-ending situation with the van. Saved my holiday & very grateful.
Highly recommended - the team were quick to respond, and helped me out with a short turnaround, saving me a huge amount of worry and stress.
Matthew was very helpful with my broken windows in the short time I was in Cornwall. After calling on Tuesday I was booked in the next morning. Not having time to get the part needed to fix the windows, he gave me clear instructions on my next steps (and also closed the broken window). Matthew's dad in the office was great to chat to as well! I will definitely return if any other issues arise and I'm in Cornwall.
Mathew and Ian spared no effort in sourcing a replacement gearbox for our T5, (with enhanced 5th gear). In the space of a week they managed to have it delivered to them, fit it along with new clutch, flywheel and starter motor, all in time for us get our ferry to France for our first European trip this year. I would not trust our VW with anyone else.
MAL-VW got me in at short notice to fix an ABS problem. They were very informative on the phone before and had my van fixed quicker than they’d told me. Very professional bunch, Ian in particular was spot on.
