i Have never received such poor service from a business . i paid $2000 deposit 11 days ago ( on Friday17 April) for a Suzuki UZ 50, with the assurance it would be delivered 4 days later. It is now the 28 April and no bike delivered . I have rung 4 times , even requested the boss to ring me about sorting this , guess what no reply . Shocking treatment is an understatement . Advise to not deal with this company. There is a balance of $1540 to be paid on delivery , but the company is too tired to even pick this up it seems. Wha... read more

Was quoted $700 for basic maintenance items after a mechanical check over on my ZX14, ended up costing me $1300, was initially told parts would take a week to arrive, they actually took over a month to arrive and get fitted, I paid the bill in total to their satisfaction in the shop, over 2 months later I receive an email saying I owe them an additional $300 with threats of debt collection, I will not be returning to Makz gear as there are far better options available.
Great little shop to deal with, purchased a used bike from 1500km's away and had the pleasure of dealing with Iain, Donna & Colin during my transaction. The whole team communicated brilliantly and kept to their word, making the whole sale incredibly easy and stress free. Would highly recommend dealing with any of them and will be sure to swing by in person when I'm next in the area.
