I just had to share how incredible our experience was with our roadside assistance service! Picture this: we're cruising along in a U-Haul truck when suddenly, bam, a tire blows out. Talk about stress! But these guys? They were on it like lightning! Super friendly and quick to the rescue, they had that tire swapped out in no time, turning a nerve-wracking situation into a breeze. Massive thanks to the whole team for saving the day! You rock!
So all I can say is I’m so glad that I found Maktech. Had an emergency with our Truck needed it back in 2 days and they got it done with fair pricing, good customer service & knowledgeable technicians. The ladies in the office, Bruce, the owner and the entire crew were amazing, we found another issue when we were picking our truck up they said they could fix it and got the part and it fixed in 1 day and in enough time to get our loads and get back on the road. To anyone needing a U Haul or other services they provide please go see them!! Excellent customer service and went above and beyond to assure our car was properly secured to dolly and all their staff checked on us and entertained us as we definitely kept them in stitches. Maktech was sent to us through Uhaul for roadside assistance with a rental we had that got a flat. The mechanic arrived faster than expected and was awesome! Super great customer service and helped us out really fast. Thank you!
