Mak's saved me over $1,600 that I would have spent for a new TIPM and did this promptly and professionally! 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 6,7 diesel would not start while at shop for air conditioner repair. Replaced the starter; no start. Replaced the WIN module; no start. Shop said I needed a new TIPM, which they said fried the starter. No TIPMs available. I think there product would have done the job at a decent price. Got good tech support before the order even. But... Ordered 1 day, got an email the next saying it could be close to a week until it even ships out. They still have the COVID shipping warning on their site but plan to add a week to even get it shipped. Could get it from the dealer faster than that, and they are slow as hell. Cancelled the order.

I did everything by the instructions perfectly. My truck was running awesome, but I had O2 sensor codes that kept coming up. Research told me through this YouTube channel to perform a hard reset which I did as first mentioned. After the task was performed my truck only clicks when trying to start it. As per Mac, I called them and was expecting help as Mac said if afterwards it doesn't start "first, unplug everything and replug in just in case you didn't plug one in tight enough". I did that 3 times and still same click only ... read more
