Expensive service & poor workmanship: Earlier this year I had a trailer safety inspection check in which they were adamant to conduct work that wasn’t required (installing a third width light) at an expensive cost ($250 to install a Narva LED width light - Valued at $29). The light then failed within a week due to poor install workmanship. Water also leaks through the install site. Would not recommend. Would not use their services.
Maks Caravan Centre is very efficient, fast and, we'll priced. Their products are quality based and the service is second to none. I can't fault this business.

We had some issues whilst travelling with our water heater leaking. Rang to say we would be in Toowoomba Thursday morning and asked if they could look at it on our way past. From Patty at the front counter who was very professional the workmen who attended us quickly , repaired the fault and had us on our way, the service was excellent. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic service and a jockey wheel repair on the spot was not a problem even though they were busy, highly recommend these guys for anything caravan or trailer related.
