The best, kindest, most informative medical staff I've ever met
Excellent service. I had an UFE procedure in August 2024 and the facility itself is top notch. Dr. Makris and the staff took excellent care of me and answered every question I had. All of my concerns were put at ease. Even after the procedure the follow ups showed exceptional duty of care. I would highly recommend this center Check them out!!!
First, I'd like to thank Dr. Shah and his team for taking great care of me. I got the UFE done one month ago and I encourage other women that are suffering from Uterine Fibroids to talk to Dr. Shah about the UFE procedure. I've suffered from fibroids for over a year. In 2024 I've had two blood transfusions and one iron infusion. Chicago Access, I am a patient for life. I have had some pretty bad experiences with my Fistula care over the years, but I was so blessed to get a referral to visit Chicago Access about 10yrs ago, which is where I met the phenomenal Dr. Levine. My first time here on Monday, February 5th, to check my access. What a positive experience. The whole staff was extremely informable from beginning to end. They also communicated what they were going to do each step of the procedure. The pain medication worked perfectly. I recommend Dr Makris and his team to all dialysis patients!!!
