After damage in my roof due to hurricane winds, we submitted a claim with our insurance, but they only were willing to pay $700. After talking with Mr. Makris he explained the process and how to go about to get what we were owed by insurance. It was a long process, but him and Stormie did a great job keeping us up to date.
