MAKR LLC answers the phone, if not right away will call back asap. Great communication from start to finish. A previous hot tub company attempted to fix our hot tub and just “jury rigged” it to get it going but did not address all the important details and cut corners. MAKR LLC went over the entire hot tub, identified all the issues, and got it running like brand new. Very happy with entire process.
